Consistant black screen freezes on fresh install.

Hello, this past month ive been getting issues with my computer. I'll be playing a game, ANY Game and randomly i will get a black screen, During the black screen i can still hear the backround but after around 2-5 secs it stops and all i hear is a buzzing sound. That was happening to me so i reinstalled windows thinking my issue would be fixxed. I did that, updated my bios, updated ALL MY drivers, disabled c-state in my bios and i still crash like that, Its out of hand to the point where im afraid to play games.Ill show you guys my event log, Also its not creating a dump file.

Ok so I had very similar symptoms. I have battled a solution for days and I think I solved it as I had a black screen too after a fresh install. Once I bypassed that heavy loads caused random freezing. The solution as weird as it may be could be the same as mine which was that the resolution setting in Windows was different to the one in the nvidia control panel section. Once these were the same never happened again
