Solved Microsoft Windows not responding

I have looked around on this forum and seen some people with similar problems but none quite the same as what I have.

If you did look around the forum you also would have gotten plenty of things to try..

like boot in Safe mode.. and start looking at your startup items with msconfig

http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/2757-safe-mode-start-windows-8-a.html

and

http://www.eightforums.com/performance-maintenance/68326-sfc-scannow-dism-restorehealth-repair-corrupt-files.html

and you would have seen to run programs like Antimalwarebytes and Eset..

https://www.malwarebytes.org/

(run this with Internet Explorer -it works easier) Free Virus Scan | ESET Online Scanner | ESET

run like

do you have access to a recovery CD ? windows installation CD?

I"m definitely not the "smartest" in this department.. I just have seen and experienced a lot of problems with computers.. and it would be just dandy if the others would chime in..

but, there are some crazy ways to get into safe mode.. one involves turning on your computer and as it's loading windows, you are supposed to pull the power plug and force it off.. (or hold the power button down if you have a laptop with battery- or just unplug the battery!)

supposedly after the 3rd time it will ask you if you want to go into safe mode.. or recovery mode..

that might be an option.. since you are dead in the water so to speak.. but i'll research more about it..

1. turn off comptuer

2. then turn on computer and when you see the windows is loading little circles circling.. shown in the picture above posts.. then force pull the plug or however to turn your computer off.. do this 3 times or until it shows a menu for you to start recovery mode!

make sense??

Last info for you..

Final checklist and get back to windows normal mode:

1. Re-run all scanners and checkers..

Run all as Admin!! (Right click and "run as Admin" click)

Perhaps try running Rkill before the scans.. (only once)

-malwarebytes
-hitman pro
-Eset online
(remove threats and select all checks)
-RogueKiller
-TFC.exe
(usually restart after)

Run -TDsskiller (with the "detect TDLFS" checked..)

Look through Process Explorer again and perhaps try the "options" and "virus total" (in window tabs above)

-let it check your processes.. don't just go deleting everything.. you know the drill.. look at first..

processcxlore.JPG

Then get ImageHealth from KYHI - http://www.eightforums.com/performa...-dism-restorehealth-repair-corrupt-files.html

and run 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10 with ImageHealth.

- Maybe after that run one last scan of Eset or Malwarebytes or HitmanPro..

then get this and run like so..

-NetAdapterRepair
NetAdapter Repair All In One Download

********* READ------>>DO NOT RUN "change to google DNS!! it will stop your internet.

When you feel clean..
which you shouldn't ever..

I would run that Google Chome cleanup Tool again first.. and then,

Install Chrome.. (it may not let you in safe mode I don't know..)

Final step after running SFC /scannow {in the command prompt as admin} (one last time and it finds no errors)

Then get out of safe mode and back to normal windows booting mode.. like so:

msconfig.JPG

and select:
