Computer starts but is stuck on all pink screen...

So whenever I turn on my computer it starts with a pink screen and will not change. Sometimes after waiting about 30-45 minutes it will show the Windows screen and I'm able to get to the desktop where I can open a browser, but almost immediately it minimizes and nothing can be done to maximize it. I can't open anything without it sticking on minimize. There are no icons on my desktop anymore and I don't have a bar at the bottom with options for volume etc The computer is 8 months old and worked fine until it was unplugged and not in use for about a month. Now ever since starting it up again it's doing this.
