It's been so long since I took advantage of the early Windows 8 offers that I have forgotten their status. I got two copies of the cheap download and presume they count as OEM. I also bought one in PC World for £49, is this OEM or retail? I bought a set of dvd's as backup for the downloaded ones at the time. The pc running the PCW copy is also running W10 upgrade (from W7) and I would like to put the W8, now 8.1 onto a new pc. Nothing on the box refers to OEM or retail so I'm not sure if I can transfer the software.
