I have a Toshiba C855 laptop, which came with Win8. I restored an image of a fresh install of Win 8.1, from another Toshiba C855 with similar hardware, to its hard drive. Very often with Aomei backupper I have to run Windows repair on the install to get everything in order before it will boot. But my WinRE disk says it cannot repair the installation, and gives no hint what the problem is. I'm clueless at this point. It is a GPT drive with two partitions on it. Any guidance would be most welcome!
