Program crashes

When I try to load my quicken data file into my quicken deluxe 2014 (installed in Windows 8.1) it crashes repeatedly and I get an error message that says

"QuickenWindow has stopped working.
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. "

I scanned the drives and there are no errors. I rebooted without improvement. Not sure what else to do.

Any suggestions? Please help.
