Alt - Space - M and windows going off the screen

Hello:

I have an irritance. I am writing some code in VBA, and sverytime I do a find (ctrl-F), the window shows up at the top of the screen about halfway off the screen.

While I can do the Alt-Space-M option and move it with my keyboard cursor keys, this becomes quite time consuming when doing several searches and wanting to hit Next, which happens to fall off the screen. Why can't this window stay where I put it?

REALLY HARD TO BELIEVE NO ONE HAD AN ANSWER FOR THIS. IT MUST BE A MICROSOFT BUG, REALLY, ALL I WANT TO DO IS A CONTROL-F TO FIND SOME TEXT, AND EVERY TIME I HAVE TO DO AN ALT-SPACE-M AND CURSOR THE FIND BOX DOWN TO THE SCREEN. THIS IS REALLY SOMETHING THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESOLVED IN WINDOWS 3.1!

Sorry, but I thought this was simple, and someone would know the answer. Perhaps a complete reinstall of Windows might fix it for a week or something.
