corrupt windows

I had upgraded to windows 10 computer got slow and laggy so I went back to windows 8.1 home edition from system image. computer still lagging and not doing right ran SFC/SCAN NOW there are missing/ corrupted files. I tried to go back to clean install system image the error I get is missing files can not restore system image. I have no repair disc/usb I contacted HP/Microsoft they trying to charge me 149 Microsoft and hp 49 both say they no longer have repair discs I don't know how t find my oem key please help

Several ways. ProduKey.exe [standalone utility], ShowKey.exe [standalone utility], ShowKey VBS [somebody wrote this VBS script-not I], Belarc [download & install], just to name a few.

OK I'm using Microsoft Windows media creation tool will this reinstall windows if so how do I do it since the original is corrupted I went to site to download so how do I get computer to boot from USB so I can start it and what I do to install after?
