how to boot to winpe when power on and press F11

I want to make the hot key, such as F11, when power on, if press it, it can boot the winpe, then i can do something, such as recovery os. I remembered changing the boot file via bcdedit can do it, but now i forgot it, anyone can help me? thanks.
