Hello friends. Let me tell you what happened. In my laptop currently I have two discs. One HDD 1TB and a SSD 256GB. Before having my SSD drive my laptop used windows 8.1 in the HDD drive, where I initially had two partitions one for windows and another one for documents and data. When I bought my SSD drive I installed windows 8.1 on it to test it and I was using my computer with both of these operating systems normally. I had always planned for cleaning my HDD drive and just leave it as a drive for Data and run windows 8.1 installed in the SSD.
To complete one school assigment I installed Linux Ubuntu 14.04. However, to do so I created a new partition
of 105 GB from the free space I had in the HDD drive and installed it there. It worked fine with no problems, but at that time I had three Operating Systems in my laptop which was a waste of space. My HDD drive had a lot of partitions, so I deleted all the partitions that didnt have my data including the original Windows 8.1 and the EFI partition, which I know now it is used for botting everything. Hence, in that disc the only thing left was two partitions Ubuntu and my data.

Now nothing works, none of my OS boots. My SSD drive has Windows installed but it does not have anyh bootloader. My HDD drive has linux installed but the grub doesnt work either. I tried to fix using some softwares I checked on the internet called Supergrubdisk and Rescatux but nothing has worked. Please help me with this problem I want to get the EFI partition back and run both operating systems windows from the SSD accesing my data partition in the HDD and Ubuntu in the HDD as well. I dont want to reinstall from zero and lose my data if possible,

Sorry for the big post but I wanted to explain in detail to avoid confusion and random useless questions.

Thank you in advance.

post a pic of diskpart windows (info)

I assume the SSD has just windows 8.1 on it and the HDD has all the boot and recovery files on it...
If that is the case - you should be booting to the HDD and not the SSD

Yes you are right. Previously the EFI partition was in the HDD and that handled the original Windows 8.1 and the Windows 8.1 that I installed in the SSD. Is there any way I can put that EFI partition in the SSD drive to boot like I tried? I will try your advice and repair the EFI in the HDD also, but I want to know if there is a way I can do what I asked you, that was actually why the EFI partition was deleted.

No.

First, try to fix the current EFI System partition.

bcdboot X:\windows Note: Replace "X" with the volume letter of the Windows OS partition.

If that doesn't work, then recreate the EFI System partition.

diskpart
list disk
select disk #
list partition
select partition # Note: Make sure to select the EFI System partition.
delete partition override

Hello guys, I solved it. First I went to check if in the BIOS the disk was recognized. And it did appear there. After booting I checked the Disk Management again and voila!! the disk was there. Thank you very much for all your help, especially KYHI and genet, I really appreciate it. This forums are the best thing we have as users, it gives us the chance to ask experts such as you when we get frustrated about a problem I tried several forums and online searches but nobody gave me a staright answer and support like in here. We can mark as solved and close this topic.
