Before in Windows 7, when one wanted to change the window control button size and fun stuff like that, one went to Personalization in the Control Panel. In 8, it's not there.
Found it!
Easy way to get there, right click on the Desktop, and go back one item. There's a drop down list that allows you to change text and icon size in the Desktop. The icons that get changed are the Ribbon and Windows Explorer icon.
This is a nice find since the Ribbon UI has been criticized for being very non-touch, but one can change the icon size so it's easily touchable.
