Help please my toshiba satellite windows 8 is popping up when being turned on a recovery screen for boot configuration data file is missing some required information? It's only 9 mnths old an I haven't turned it on in months how do I fix this? Thanks

Do you see the word Boot anywhere at the top of the screen ?
