Bad typist needs character twiddler for Windows 8.1

I make way too many mistakes in typing like "ahve" instead of "have". In the Good Ol' Days, as an Emacs user, I got used to simply hitting CTRL-T and having those two characters swap locations.

Anything like that in Windows?

[note, for those Linux/Unix bash users out there the same ctrl-t works (and I seem to remember that it works on a LISP machine as well - Stallman has wide influence...)]
