Thank you Arazel for the tip. Unfortunately the article is close, but not quite. I already have the (Metro) Language Bar docked. When the user logs in, a PowerShell script runs that sets the various language options for the Language Bar.
This gives me the Metro Language Bar
# Add Spanish, Chinese Simplified Pin-Yin, French and English to the Language Bar
$OldList = Get-WinUserLanguageList
Set-WinUserLanguageList $OldList -Force
What I need is the classic Desktop Language Bar that is enabled via step 8 pic of my original post.
I need the reg key, group policy or a script to change the Language Bar from Metro to classic Desktop.
