How do i fix this? Please advice.
I've tried scaling my display(Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display) and it doesn't help.
If you compare the first two screenshots and the third screenshot, you will see the differences.
Icons in the interface are either too small or should i say out of alignment?

My bad, I've inserted the wrong screenshot(the third picture).

Screenshots are not always going to show what you see and what we see as the same output. Just to make you aware of that.

Some programs dont scale correctly when you have your DPI scaling in Windows set to anything but 100%.

Right click on the icon for the program. Select properties, then click on the compatibility tab. Check the box that says "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings." Apply the settings, then close and restart the program if its already open.

See if this fixes your issue.

Thanks for your input, I've tried but it still looks the same. And you're right on the DPI thing as I've called ASUS support and they asked me to check with the software developer.

Solved, I decreased "resolution" and "change the size of all items" to the lowest.

Glad that you have it figured out. Shouldnt happen with newer programs, but it appears it still somewhat of an issue.
