I have having problems UP THE YING YANG with a Asus tablet NONE of which Google brings up ANY results in!! A master reset was done before it was given to me but ONLY AFTER I logged into it with MY Microsoft account these problems started!! They were NOT present prior. for starters the picture password DOES NOT WORK 90%of the time!! it ALWAYS says "the picture password is incorrect. Please try again" EVEN THOUGH I AM drawing the SAME lines as I originally set it up!! it is based on the shrinking abilities of a fairy that is in the picture SO I KNOW I AM drawing them RIGHT!!! the touch RARELY works properly and acts as there is NO or PARTIAL touch, it will RANDOMLY STOP working but the close button on open windows highlights in blue EVERY TIME I tap it, BUT NOTHING else works!! if I lock the screen with the power button, ONLY ONE gesture works before THE SAME TOUCH problem happens!! another, apps WILL NOT close when I drag from the top to the bottom, they ONLY bounce around the screen. another, keyboard REFUSES to show on 70% of the time a text box is selected and has focus INCLUDING the password login screen MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE to log in because NEITHER login option works!! another, open windows uncontrollably resize and bounce around the screen, and that AIN'T EVEN HALF THE PROBLEMS!! I posted A LEAST 20 questions regarding these problems on various forums, which NONE ANYWHERE where answered!! NOT EVEN HERE!! an AVG Internet Security scan comes up clean

WHY IS NOBODY HELPING ME ANYWHERE ON MY PROBLEMATIC TABLET??

Have you tried asking for help in a forum specific to Asus tablets? It doesn't sound to me that the trouble you are having is due to the OS, but more a problem with the hardware.
