Crash notice every 30 seconds

Hello, i am using windows 8.1 and have been seeing a crash notice "lVPXhURt has stopped working" for about a week now.

It appears once like every 30 seconds which makes my programs running to get minimized like for eg, i'm watching a video and then the crash notice appears which then mininizes the video player.

This is very annoying, I've tried googling but i cannot find any relevant topics about the particular issue. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You need to find out what application it is referring to and maybe uninstall/reinstall it - or run it in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows.
Can you get a screenshot of the message and also show us a full list of the running applications from your task manager?
