Solved Taskbar Icon Scaling Issue

I have a strange issue when right-clicking programs on the taskbar. The Close & Unpin/Pin From Taskbar icons are misplaced.

Here is what it looks like: (I was right clicking on OneDrive)

It appears to be some kind of scaling issue. How do I fix this?

Here are my laptop specs:

We've been seeing a lot of those.

It's related to this update KB3072318, uninstall it and see if that fixes it.

Uninstalling KB3072318 solved the issue. Thanks.
