Solved Red and Green Flashing lines, double vision

I'm having an issue where every 2 seconds a green and red line flashes on my screen and causes a sort of double-vision thing. Can someone tell me what has happened? I was just sat there, minding my own business when it happened.

Never mind, I fixed it by twisting the top right corner of my laptop left. Don't know why it worked, some guy put it on YT. Easy fix, solved. Thanks axe for telling me about how to fill my specs in, too.
