Solved Why do I get this when rightclicking an icon in taskbar?

Hello, I've recently upgraded my Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 8.1 Pro and when the installation was done, this happened..
I get a grey background and a misplaced pin when I right-click on a icon in taskbar. I don't know why this happened, look at the grey background, that shouldn't be there, and the misplaced pin, that also shouldn't be there, but why are they? I've had Windows 8.1 before but this is the first time this happened to me.
I tried to update all updates in Windows Update but that didn't work, then I tried to reinstall Windows 8.1 Pro and update all of the Windows 8.1 Updates again but that didn´t work either.. Please help me? :(
