How to enable auto-turn-off screen in lock screen

I can enable auto turn off screen after period of time in control panel. But i found in lock screen, the monitor won't turn off automatically even if the time period is expired. Is there any way to solve this?

If you haven't, try setting the screen saver (can use blank) and set it to the same time as the monitor time out.

But my computer doesn't go to sleep or turn off monitor even i configure it in control panel, is there any log i can check what cause this problem?
