I've been struggling with setting up default application to open certain files for the past 3 days, i tried everything i could,
i even updated my windows 8.1 which is something i rarely done (had enough problems from updates in the past)
But still the "default app" issue is still not solved, i tried to look for alternative solutions and thought maybe i could manually add programs to the "open with list", and this post in SuperUser was exactly about that, but the problem is that i don't have that registry entry, the MuiCache doesn't exists :
Any idea what's going on please ?
