Program That Simplifies Taking File/Folder Ownership

Hello, I'm sure there's a program that maybe, for example, I can drag a File or a Folder into it, in order to take complete ownership of it. It gets rather annoying to always go to the File/Folder's Properties > Security tab > Advanced button... etc.

What's a good program that can do this?

Great little tool. Use caution when invoking it though.

I noticed that it's best to rename all the "administrators" texts in that file to the user's name (mine is "Admin"), because some folders tend to procrastinate about access. After I did the adjustment, those folders are accessible.

Quick question: The System Volume Information folder on the main disk resets its permissions do the default every time the computer is restarted. This never used to happen before. Why is this happening now?
