Weird Right-Clicking Problem

Hey there. I'm using Windows 8.1 x64. I've tried Windows 10 and didn't quite liked it so I reinstalled my 8.1 and when I right click things in the task bar the menu seems to be a bit broke. I've enclosed a picture. How can I solve this?

What mouse are you using? It could be a setting where the right click is left click and left click is right click.
