My Computer crashed about a week ago. I bought a new hard drive and reloaded everything. Two issues:
1. When one of the administrators, logs in, the screen says "preparing windows". It does this for a few minutes every time.
2. I have one user that there favorite links that are in a folder called "Favorites". However they do not show up in Internet Explorer. They only way to access them is go to the Favorites Folder. The Folder does not have the star in it.
