Solved File Explorer & Extracter

It seems I am not getting an "Extract Here" or "Extract to" option on my windows eight. Any aid would be great. Even when I've used other Unzippers, it doesn't work. :confused: Thank you for your time.​

Well, I've used it before several times. I've had this laptop for a year and never had that program before and it still worked that way. Or someone's messed with my stuff, but I doubt that as I have no children or siblings living with me. Either way, even when I did get 7-Zip it did not work for one reason or another.

Found the issue, had to run 7-Zip as admin. Still wish I knew why the windows thing isn't working though. o,o Thanks anyway.
