Need Help. Can’t find script engine “VBScript” for script.

After reading for a while I got to the conclusion that the problem is related to Kaspersky

I already tried to re-register
cd %windir%\system32
regsvr32 vbscript.dll
but it didn't work

This is what CP tells me.

Is Kaspersky working or not working? If you are getting a VB Script error, either something was removed in error, or you have the OS locked down too tightly with the A/V software.

Is Kaspersky working or not working? If you are getting a VB Script error, either something was removed in error, or you have the OS locked down too tightly with the A/V software.

No, Kaspersky was installed when I made a factory reset and was immediately uninstalled.
I'm currently using Avast and Ive checked the settings and I don't see any reasons why it should be giving me problems... is there anyway to troubleshoot or any software that can help? if not... what would be my best option?

How To Fix The Error: Canâ

It might help to run, in admin cmd prompts-

sfc /scannow

then,

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then,
sfc /scannow

again & restart.

If you get sfc errors try using the Find function under the Edit tab in the Notepad window of your CBS file of the sfc scan.
Type in - cannot - & if it finds a .json file it can't fix, ignore it.
