Spin and Shockwave crashes

On my laptop websites do not download fast. That circle spins and spins. Jeez. I have WOT and Poper on, looks better. How ever the system locks and Flash/Shockwave crashes. I just had new updates/ What is the deal?

Flash is going bye-bye, just like Silverlight. HTML5 is the new way of coding.

Without knowing what websites, browser, 3rd party Internet security software, ISP you are using for Internet, Speed package you are paying for. No way of knowing what your issue is.
