Hello,

I have recorded two ( 2) videos with my Camera App on my Dell Laptop G500s Touch Screen - and they cannot be found on the Camera Roll in my pictures library. I do not understand this, as I have never run into this problem. On Monday, I must upload two videos for a casting director, and I cannot find them on the roll - yet I SEE them in the Camera App, when I swipe through the camera app photos and videos. I only see the 8 stills I took from the Camera App, before I recorded the 2 videos.
Does anyone know how to find them? Or if they are accessible at all? This never happened before, as I always found my videos on the Camera Roll.
I tried using the "share" button - but that allows me only email, and Sugar Sync, and Lenovo storage I think. I don't want to email these, plus video files cannot be emailed because they are too big obviously. Can anyone help me to access these videso from my laptop, and upload to Youtube? It used to be so easy before, and I'm not seeing why this changed. And, of course, it would have to happen when I am under the gun.

Go to charms (Ctrl+C) then Settings, Change PC Setting, PC and Devices then Devices, at the bottom it says Default save locations, If there is nothing there it should probably be in C:\Users\YourUsername\Pictures\Camera Roll, but if there is a drive lettter there eg. mine is SP3 (E:) there is where your photo/videos are.

Also a temporary fix is to go to Open With, and then tap internet explorer, then you can save as where you want (Assuming windows 8.1 not rt)

Thank you BC5 - much appreciated

The problem of the videos not being accessible in my camera roll has been solved. I have not yet tried the first set of instructions that BC5 gave me, about checking the drives themselves - but the second suggestion ( quick fix as he or she called it) was to pull video up through the camera app ( which is the only place I could see it) and then hit "open with"- and then IE, - I was then directed to either "open or "save" and I saved the videos on each. They now appear in downloads, and have been uploaded to Youtube in time for the casting director.
Thank you so much, highly appreciated.
