'My Computer' Duplicate Folders

This is about a week old Win8.1 install, I don't know when this occured or what caused it but I only noticed it today.

This is what the library folders and such look like:

If I click restore defaults on both of them, I get this:

The problem seems to be that the music library think it's the picture library, even when I restore all the defaults everywhere - I've tried changing the included library folders to be 'optimized for music/pictures' and other options like that but nothing seems to have any affect on fixing it. Unfortunately it seems impossible to simply right click / rename one of the 'rogue' folders displayed in My Computer and fix it, I can't actually find any way to change them so I have no idea how I even caused it to happen in the first place, but it must have been when I was initially setting the libraries up to point to the correct folders on my storage drive (D:/)

Anyone know how I can fix this?
Thanks in advance.

You've linked your physical pictures folder, with your virtual music library.

Go back to the music properties page, click on "Pictures (D:)" then click remove. Then add your music folder to the music library.

Apparently he gets a kick out of renaming things with weird names. My first guess was he renamed his music library. Looking closer, they're both the same size, which is unlikely to happen unless the libraries were both linked to the same folder.

The PCs name shows there in win 8.1, doesn't it on yours?

When I change one of the libraries or one of the locations for the 'Folders', the other one changes to the same location, and just then it renamed the pictures folder to music and I had two music folders in the same directory, I renamed it back and tried setting it up properly again but it's like both folders are linked together somehow?

I don't know if I'd call this a fix, but I ended up just using this reg file http://www.eightforums.com/tutorials/28025-pc-add-remove-folders-windows-8-1-a.html to remove the 'Folders' from my computer and the sidebar, then deleting the music/pictures libraries and recreating them and then adding the folder locations to them, then turning libraries on the sidebar to visible to replace the removed 'Folders', libraries are staying separate now and work fine, one small problem is that for some reason the 'change icon' for the new libraries I created is greyed out, so the pics library has the stock icon instead of the pictures folder icon, same for music - I tried setting each folder as 'optimize for music/pics' etc but that didn't do it either.
