Using Two Themes At The Same Time?

Is it possible to use two installed themes at once?
The reason I want to do this is one theme gives me the Windows 7 aero look, and the other gives me the white title bar text so I can use dark colors and see window titles...

Nope. You might try using the theme(UXStyles??) and then going to Personalization(right click desktop) and try changing the color to change the window chrome color.

You cannot use 2 themes at once, but you can use a them and change the border color.

Oh I see what you mean. The look I am trying to get though, is an aero glass, combined with the white title text. It seems I have to use one or the other.

Unless you try coping the file(dll?) in you resources folder for the white title text and rename it to fit the other theme, then rename the other(Win aero) to .old(remember or write down the old extension, name) and see if it merges or not. To be honest I tried it once but it was a failure and had to delete the copy and revert, but it was worth a try.
