what are 'cached certification files'? I come across that description when using a cleaner for my 8.1 64bit OS. Apparently there is a folder of a registry key with loads of files with terribly long filenames in it. I do find some info on MS-support pages, but it is way too advanced. I just want to understand the function of those files (and how do they get on my computer)?
