Should I reformat a Signature Edition laptop?

I just bought a laptop from the Microsoft Store. Like everything Microsoft sells directly, it comes bloatware-free.

Nonetheless, I'm thinking of upgrading to from 8.1 (Home/Standard/Vanilla) to 8.1 Enterprise, but there's no Windows Anytime Upgrade path for that particular migration so reformatting is the only option. On the other hand, I don't really want to spend the time going through the driver hassle...

Enterprise is not available to general public (except for bootlegged), even if you get it (if you must) a new installation would be required. You'd be much better served by Pro version as there's not much use for home or small business in Enterprise, just potentially higher burden to system, with laptops being of generally lower performance and storage size than comparable desktops.
