My alt gr key is not working. Or not working as it should.
This is a laptop running windows 8.1. Issue persists with its own keyboard and with a USB keyboard.
There is another issue in my laptop that may or may not be related but it seems to me that it has been here for as long as the other. What happens is, sometimes a touch keyboard appears automatically. Well, it does not fully comes up, but the icon of the keyboard shows up in the bar down here (tool bar?), you know? the bar where you have the time, date, volume, wifi signal, etc. To make it disappear I have to go toolbars | uncheck Touch Keyboard.
Any ideas?
