I was on my computer one day, talking on Skype. I minimized it to go do something, and when I came back, the whole desktop was black. The taskbar and icons were not visible, and the Windows key was not working. All of the programs that were open were not affected, and that was the only part of the desktop that wasn't black. I searched up multiple tutorials on how to fix this, but apparently all that came up was tutorials on how to fix a BSOD. I had to resort to opening things with the Task Manager (Ctrl-Alt-Del was still working), but everything was very laggy. So then I restarted my computer, but it was still happening. I then tried using an anti-virus, but it found nothing. Does anyone know why this is happening?
