How can I restore win 8.1 back up files?

I ran a "restore to original settings" on my hard drive from the boot menu because my hard drive would not boot. Before running the "restore to original settings" win 8.1 made a copy of as many files as possible from my hard drive unto an external drive. Now that my hard drive is booting and working properly, I want to restore the files and apps that win 8.1 backed up. When I run the boot menu, there's no choice that says "restore" This is what the back up looks like. D:\20150605160104_BACKUP.
It's not an image back up or file history. The computer is a Dell Inspiron. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Windows 8.1 certainly still has the option to create an Image on DVDs. Not really practical as an awful lot of DVDs but the option is there.
The folder name is WindowsImageBackup with various subfolders, computer name, date etc.
