Error: 0xc0000225, need recovery/repair but no device recg

Hi friends,

I have Acer Aspire AllinOne on Win 8
After attempt to make partitioning (forgot the prog name),
when restarted went in to blue screen error,
and now it can't pass the blue screen

It say need Repair/Recovery ... error code:0xc0000225
I did not made recovery cd... never new I need it.
Now when try to reinstall new or repair from Dvd
Windows 8 it does not want to start process.
Tried from bootable USB same thing.
Tried from external DVD player does not want to start.

The bios is only thing it's working and I can't see name of cd or USB drive.
Like they are not recognized or are prevented.
I tried for days multiple advises nothing worked.. keyboard shortcuts do not respond
only escape work

We tried to repair with external cd player but hi do not recognize it too.
I took out HDD and made quick format on my laptop than tried to
repair installation again..not recognized again.

Now my laptop keep shutdown after bios start. Sometime hi shutdown when in bios.
Like hi is infected

Tried with service and they couldn't do much.

Please does anyone had similar experience..
How did you fix it?

To repair this problem, you may first use your Windows installation disc to perform a setup repair operation. Boot from your Windows installation disc and then choose Setup Repair Option, after that, follow the wizard to complete. If this solution doesn’t help, you can boot from your Windows Recovery Media and then choose Trouble Shoot -> Advanced Options -> Command Prompt

CMD> bootrec /scanos
CMD> bootrec /rebuildbcd
CMD> bootrec /fixmbr
CMD> bootrec /fixboot

Reboot. After that, your computer should back to normal.

You say...Boot from your Windows installation disc and then choose Setup Repair Option...

Disc device is not recognized and boot is not starting from Win. Installation disc.
Looks like virus blocking booting from any media or something else
