Hi, I have a problem with Windows 8.1.
I have used 'Advanced Startup Option' and 'System Restore' a few weeks ago and everything worked fine.
Yesterday, I tried to log in to Windows and typed password and Windows said the password is incorrect. Hence, I now cannot log in to my computer.
I tried to use 'Safe mode', so I have pressed 'Shift' + 'Restart' (from this log in screen) to enter 'Advanced Startup Option' menu. There I can navigate through menu, but when I get to the screen where I want to use 'System Restore' or 'System Refresh' or even start computer in 'Safe mode' or 'Debugging mode', the system reboots itself and I am back to my login screen where password doesn't work.
Has anyone any idea why is that and how to correct this? Thank you very much for your help!
P.S. I don't have access to the web on this particular computer.
