My Laptop is showing up as a device on other PC

Even after my device is not in my possession at the time, it is still showing up on the other PC. I want to know how to stop my Laptop from sharing and connecting with other PC.

It will always, unless you go into Advanced Sharing options and disable the feature to advertise your computer on the network. Along with Password protecting Folder Sharing.
