Solved Message Code 715-123130

Hi
I´m trying a few days long to download win7 64bit (in order to upgrade my win7 professional 32 bit OEM) from here: Microsoft Software Recovery
I keep getting this message: We encountered a problem with the product key you provided. Please visit the Microsoft Support Contact Us page for assistance. Refer to Message Code 715-123130
I always thought Microsoft is a modern, international company, but I guess I was wrong and the problem is probably the fact that I bought my win7 in another land. Also I can´t contact the support service, chatting with Microsoft serv. in another land end´s up with error message. I phoned to Microsoft here in Spain 5 times and 5 times they wanted (?) to connect me with an English-speaking services, I was hanging all that time on the telephone, with their endless music, until the line was broken, 5 times it happened and all because Microsoft suddenly don´t accept my product key?
Doe´s anybody have an idea how I can solve this problem?

Maybe it only works with Retail product keys
