Cannot find script file

This is not really a reply but I can't figure out how to start a new thread so this is what's happening to my computer, (its a custom built ,AMD FX-4100 Quad-Core 3.60GHz, gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P, win 8.1 pro, 64 bit AVG internet security 2015, internet explorer 11) I had installed win 10 and my machine kept freezing so I uninstalled it and now I'm getting the following:
Windows Script Host:
Can not find script file "C:\ProgramData\{DF7337B0-8FF1-E636-3E77-96B4EEF5453A}\1.9.3.1\fiber.js."
I have tried a program called Reimage to fix this but it didn't, so now I have not a clue what to do. I understand how to build a computer but not all the software and error messages. I don't want to have to do a clean format unless its the last resort as I have a lot of stuff I don't want to lose, also my computer is not setting auto restore points either.

I can't seem to find software that will fix all the stuff that seems to be wrong with this computer, its a custom built by me. I can't remember what heavy duty CPU fan I put in it.
First thing I would try is an MBAM scan. The free version has the same scanner as the Pro.

The hits I see online indicate it is probably an adware tracker. If MBAM doesn't find it you can also try SuperAntiSpyware Free Portable

If you press Winkey x it will open a menu near the Taskbar. Click on Command Prompt (Admin)
then type
shutdown /s
and hit the Enter key.

Your system will shutdown gracefully.

Edit: By the way, I hope you have fun on these forums. I asked some questions on the Vista Forum in 2008. I've been on these related Windows Forums ever since. :)

Hi y-all Thank you all for all the help you've given me and I find myself coming back to you for something else, as you know I don't understand the software issues of a computer so I keep trying anyway.. but I have found a problem which I can't stop unless I cut the power to my computer totally , my computer has started turning itself back on once I've shut it down, I did the command prompt : powerfg-devicequery wake-armed
and I got:
HID Keyboard device Qualcomm Atheros AR8151 PCE-E gigabit Ethernet controller [NDIS 6.30] HID- Compliant mouse.
also after checking the wakeup history
I got :
Last wake
wake history 1
wake history count [0]
wake source count-0
now I also went into the BIOS and checked the power on and only found USB wake up from S3

It is probably "wake on Lan" since the ethernet interface is listed as being able to wake the machine. If you go into Device Manager and expand the list of Network Adapters you should see the gigabit one mentioned. Right click on it, then click Propertie3s. In the Power Management Tab see if "allow this device to wake the computer" is checked. If so, uncheck it, hit Apply or Ok all the way back out. Then just for grins I would reboot or log off to make sure the setting is saved.
