Can't delete folder

When I try to delete a certain folder on my external hard drive, this is what I get:

I've tried the Unlocker thingy and it doesn't work. Any other suggestions?

The item is pretty much telling you what's going on. If the file is already moved or deleted, try restarting the PC and try deleting again.

I've had this problem for a couple of weeks now, it's just now that I've decided to post it. Thus restarting does nothing.
