continous errors on startup

so on every bootup i do i get error 200,201,202 and 131.

what ive tried: reinstalling lan driver for the 200-202 errors but without luck. ran sfc/scannow several times at times it finds error but it doesnt fix the event view errors
ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth fixed the sfc scannow error but not the event ones

Can you boot from CD/;USB? If so I would try a memory diagnostic. I suspect it is hardware.

Did a memtest last month where i also had those errors but got 16 passes and No error
