Hello,
Try running the sfc /scannow command in an elevated command prompt to repair damaged system files, and try to open PC settings again to see if it solved.

You can also verify in device manager that the Bluetooth is functioning properly. It also could have somehow been disabled in the BIOS. I have Windows 8.1 on three devices, and one, my tower, doesn't have Bluetooth, so it doesn't appear, as you describe.

It looks like you need to reinstall your AMD drivers.

Awesome stuff, everything i followed was successful but i think we instantly went off topic because my bluetooth is still gone.

Its not in device manager anymore and when i try to install something bluetooth wise it tells me there is no bluetooth (and yes there definetly is!)

Weirdly enough tho my ps3 pad that iv connected (If it uses bluetooth) connects wirelessly as if i was useing it for a PS3. I had to install xbox drivers and other drivers to trick the computer into thinking its a xbox controller... It connects automaticly once the PS button is pressed if that helps?

Oh and heres a copy and paste from the CMD about that corruption:

Do you have the latest Bluetooth drivers and drivers for the device (if needed) installed?

No need to panic. Bluetooth isn't a crucial function for a computer's usage. That being said, have you verified that it is enabled in the BIOS?

Are you certain the computer has Bluetooth? I have yet to encounter a computer with Bluetooth that couldn't be controlled in the BIOS.

Fill out your system specs, or post them here, and we'll take a look.

Yes i can garantee that my PC has bluetooth. When i paired my bluetooth ps3 headset i was able to view the bluetooth settings and shortly after figuring out how to connect my ps3 pad wirelessly and after i finished playing my gta v game iv been unable to locate anything to do with bluetooth on my pc!
