Solved AppLocker doesn't work

Today I want to prevent other users from running google chrome so I block chrome.exe using applocker in windows 8.1 pro,
but applocker isn't enforced even I already created default rules and application identity service is running at set to automatic.

How to fix this and prevent other users except me from running chrome?

In that case, I'm not sure why it's not enforcing your rules then.

As a workaround, you might see if using OPTION ONE with "all user except administrators" or "specific users or groups" for what may work best for you in the tutorial below to prevent users from running chrome.exe.

Hello I found that the AppLocker in my Windows 8.1 Enterprise Evaluation works, but pro doesn't work, how can I get my pro version to work?

Only a computer running Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7 Ultimate, Windows 7 Enterprise, and Windows 8 Enterprise can both create and enforce AppLocker rules.

While you can create AppLocker rules on computers running Windows 7 Professional and Windows 8 Pro, they will not be enforced on those computers. However, you can create the rules on a computer running Windows Professional and then export the policy for implementation on a computer running an edition of Windows that does support AppLocker rule enforcement.

Thank, now I know only enterprise can enforce. But windows 8.1 pro should include AppLocker for home because it is good, hope windows 10 does.
