My laptop got hit and now is slow

Hey,
my laptop received a hit (Something fall on him) immediately it turned off and ever since he is slow.
I saw a similar post on the win 7 forum and i did the same but i'm having problems

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then sfc /scannow.[in admin cmd prompts]

when i do the run thing.
it opens the black cmd window for a sec.
it it ok?

Still having the same error

Electronic items do not like being dropped, hit, thrown. It is possible that the hard drive heads are destroyed, along with sections on the hard drive are scratched. Also possible that plugs and chips have become unseated or broken from the solder joints.

i did the dsim for real this time, and then the check and i had no errors, but i still feel the the computer is slow.
what to do next?

Broe23 gave you the answer. If any hardware components are damaged no software will fix it. Have your computer checked out by a qualified repair facility.
