W8.1 x64 OS problems after System restore

Hello,
I had spyware. It was nasty!

As a result, I had to format my system disk and recover the OS from my computer on my other desk. Both are Dell XPX8700 but with slightly different options. I used AOMEI 2.5 Universal Recovery to dissimilar hardware. But the recovery was less than perfect. A few issues remain and I am NOT the 8.1 expert qualified to fix them.

Issues such as:
Bluetooth does not work correctly
Computer name inconsistency (Computer verses integrated Media Server)
phantom account even though account has been deleted

I am willing to pay for successful help if necessary.

Thanks!

By using AOMEI in the manner that you did, you basically cloned your other PC to this one..

You have two options > download and create windows 8.1 setup media > Create installation media for Windows 8.1 - Windows Help and do a clean install of windows 8.1

or > go into control panel on your other PC > recovery > create a recovery drive
this will create a recovery USB that can be used to recover this PC ( it will recover the dell xps8700 factory image)

in both cases you will need to download the needed or dissimilar drivers
