It just closes by itself and the taskbar disappears for 2 seconds. And then reappears.

Okay,
1_Press + R and type regedit.exe in Run dialog box. It will open Registry Editor and Click OK.
2_Go to the given location:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
3_From the left pane of this registry location, get the rights of Windows key by using RegOwnershipEx(RegOwnershipEx : Handy Freeware For Taking Ownership Of Registry Keys - Kapil Sparks)
4_Now click on the Windows key present in the left pane and in the right pane find the registry string (REG_SZ) named Load as given in the above screenshot. The main cause of this error is Value data of this registry. So delete it (Right click on the Load and select Delete). Exit from the Registry Editor and restart the system.
That should help and if something is unclear just tell me and am here :).
