Fails to automatic repair, srttrail says ntfs.sys damaged

Every once in a while my surface pro boots to the automatic repair and fails to repair it. Sometimes it happens several times a day, sometimes just once a week, but after I restart it everything is fine. It says to check the log file srttrail.txt.

At the bottom of that file it says c:\windows\system32\drivers\ntfs.sys is damaged. How can I fix it?

    This batch file may help---

    Run it as administrator---

I'm running it, I'll see if it fixes it and then I'll say something.

It went to automatic repair again, but this time it didn't fail to do it. It said it failed to start and then I restarted.
