Well, yesterday I noticed that my audio was dropping dead whenever I moved my mouse, so I decided to do some research.
It is my mouse drivers (8.1 Standard) that is either damaged or broken. I have never encountered this issue before and it is bugging me.

Because it is the standard one, how do I fix it?
I cannot uninstall the drivers or reset them to an earlier version.
